Open the app and tap the "Create" tab. Enter the credit amount and optionally add a customer name for reference. Tap "Create Credit Note" and your QR code is ready instantly.
You have several options to share credit notes with customers:
Go to the "Redeem" tab and scan the customer's QR code. You can redeem the full amount or enter a partial amount. The remaining balance is automatically tracked.
The "History" tab shows all your credit notes with their current status: Active, Partially Redeemed, or Fully Redeemed. Tap any credit note to view its complete redemption history.
Go to Settings > Printer to connect your Bluetooth thermal printer. QR Credit Note works with Epson TM-m30, TM-m30II, and compatible models. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

QR Credit Note is an iOS app that helps businesses create, manage, and redeem digital store credit and gift vouchers using QR codes. It's perfect for retail stores, salons, restaurants, and service businesses.
No! Customers only need to keep their QR code (printed or digital). When they return, you scan their code with your app to redeem it. They don't need to install anything.
Yes, you can create and view credit notes offline. Changes will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet. However, an internet connection is recommended for the most up-to-date information when redeeming.
The free plan includes up to 5 credit notes per month, QR code generation, receipt printing, cloud sync, and partial redemption support.
Go to Settings > Manage Plan in the app. Select your preferred plan (Basic or Pro) and complete the purchase through the App Store. Your new plan activates immediately.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find QR Credit Note, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase.
Credit notes in QR Credit Note don't have built-in expiration dates. You can set your own policies for your business. We recommend checking local regulations regarding gift card and store credit expiration.
For security and audit purposes, you cannot edit the amount of a credit note after creation. If you need to adjust a balance, you can redeem a portion or create a new credit note with the correct amount.
You can find the credit note in your History tab by searching for the customer name (if provided) or by browsing through your records. You can then share the QR code again with the customer.
QR Credit Note supports Epson TM series thermal printers including TM-m30, TM-m30II, TM-m30III, and compatible Bluetooth-enabled models.

Yes, you can request a full export of your data by contacting narissara@onalyst.org. We'll provide your data in a standard format within 7 business days.
You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your credit notes and personal data. Alternatively, you can email narissara@onalyst.org with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
